Deadlifts!! I encourage you all to try deadlifts into your workout regimen.
I have my athletes approach the bar the same every time so they set themselves up for success and avoid injury. Many people I find are intimidated by lifting heavy with deadlifts. But if you drill the set up where it becomes second nature. You will be lifting heavy with great form!
