An overview of some of the things we did to help Enji relieve her right hip pain.
We did some ankle, knee and hip joint warm up.
Then we did some squat to see how it feels today. Her squat is shifting to her left a bit.
We also did some hip proprioception, ankle proprioception (she had sprained her right ankle multiple time). She also did the standing pigeon stretch to open her hip. Then she did the squat again and it was a lot straight.
The glute med (side butt) and core is a very important part at stabilizing her hip so she practice d those.
We finished with L5/S1 ELDOA which is used to create space in her hip and low back.
