❤️‍🔥 this part of my journey on earth feels like I’ve stepped into a brand new chapter - and over the past few months I’ve been experiencing powerful tests from the uni to support me in cleaning up, and recalibrating my actions, thoughts, and heart, all into divine alignment - for the purpose of living my most beautifully abundant, thriving lifetime yet.

What I’ve learned is that self love is a practice. I cannot lift the proverbial weight a few times, and call it a day. It’s a daily practice of gentleness and compassion towards self, and remembering I am divinely guided.

Over the past few months I slowly strayed from my practices that anchor me to my heart and God, and old thoughts of self shame & judgement crept in…seemingly snuffing out the lighthearted flame within me that brings immeasurable joy, my ability to perceive and experience magic.

This dark contrast brought me to a deeper desire to feel joy, gratitude and magic in my life again- in a way I have never experienced before. I’m grateful for the help of my incredible mentor , who lovingly reminded me - if I want something I’ve never had, I must do what I’ve never done before. 🔥

I’m excited to pour into myself so sweetly and intentionally in this season of my life - to not only practice loving myself as God loves me - but to prioritize my relationship with God. To commune with my guides, my angels, my spirit team - the divine spirit within me.

I’m calling this chapter: playing & praying 🧚✨🙏 and if you’ve been feeling similarly, you are not alone, and let’s shower ourselves with grace 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

My happy place 🩵 with some of my favorite souls 🥹

I had the most beautiful trip to CA doing the flowers for my best friends wedding, with my sidekick lover who celebrated with me & assisted me all weekend. I couldn’t be more grateful for as my soulmate husband in this lifetime

We took the scenic route to Altadena and drove PCH for a while, it was truly cinematic and joy filled as we spontaneously stopped to put my toes in the sand and take in the beauty of my favorite place in the world (the beach) reminding me of how far I have come on my mental & emotional health journey. I have come SO far. My life experience feels completely different in the best way - looking back 9 years ago when I was living in California, surviving ED, chronic anxiety and depression, about to move to CO and start my life over.

We saw Altadena for the first time since the Eaton fire in January and stayed at our MIRACLE HOUSE with my parents and was in awe at how good God is. Blessing us with so much to be grateful for. Hope and unity and resilience abounds here and within me. Life is so so good 🥹

One of the things that fulfills me the most - besides heart connection with my soul family and offering my creative gifts to the world…

Is remembering who I really am on a soul level ❤️‍🔥 and deeply…deeply loving & honoring myself

Beyond all the labels of being a woman, sister, daughter, wife, friend, artist, etc in this human form (which is alllll so beautiful & part of why I came here 🥹)

Is knowing, discovering, and honoring my multidimensional self 🪽🧚👽

The infinite soul…the eternal essence…the light within me that always has been, and always will be ❤️‍🔥 the light that is within you, too.

My spirituality journey has been deeply enriching to me and offered glimmers of hope & remembering in the darkest times.

As I have been guided to learn more about my soul & my purpose, I have woken up from a life of suffering + victimhood & into my sovereignty & power.

Identifying as just a human in this 3D finite blip in time can feel dense, painful, & sometimes pointless & purpose less

But there is SO much purpose to our existence, in the context of our spiritual nature ✨

Recently I have been discovering WHY I came to earth 🌎 at this time and just how powerful my really soul is…

Hi loves 💕 it’s been a minute since I have posted on IG!

For the last month or so, ever since I left for Tahiti, when I think about posting or even getting on this platform my body has been saying NO. Have you felt this before too? 😂 I have this repulsion to come on IG. Lol. And have been called to really go within and be in my own energy. So I’ve been offline mostly ✌🏼👽😆

So much of what you’re experiencing is what we are all experiencing in ways that are divinely unique to our souls. We are feeling the energetic upgrades of this eclipse season✨

We are light workers, heart warriors and we are upgrading in ways that cannot be described in words 🧬✨ so if you’re feeling intensity, exhaustion, doubt, questioning everything, depression…wanting to go within but also bursts of energy & downloads…this is normal and you are upgrading ❤️‍🔥🌞

We came to this lifetime to BE the light 💡 I have been reminded again and again to take good care of myself, listen to my body and prioritize grounding my energy with Gaia. 🌎

We are divinely loved, supported, embraced in our innate worth. We don’t have to DO anything to be worthy of this love.❤️‍🔥

Alsoooo happy day after solar eclipse new moon ✨👽💫❤️‍🔥🌑🌞 how are you feeling? I have been sleeping for 9-12 hours each night for the last week 😆 and have been absolutely exhausted!!

When my mind wants to judge & punish myself for my choice to honor my body & its needs, I take a breath and remember that we chose to be here on earth in unprecedented times.

Sensitive beings FEEL deeply and need to take extra extra love & care of ourselves esp right now 😎 soooo imma be sleeping 😴 and trust that my energy will come back stronger than ever soon!

I’ve been navigating some health stuff and listening to by body over here 🫶🏼 giving myself much needed TLC. remembering who I am as a heart warrior ❤️‍🔥 speaking my truth & relinquishing people pleasing in these libra / Aries energies !!! 🗡️ you too?

Thank you for being here on Earth at this time with all of us. You came here on purpose. It feels like GO time is very soon. I love you ❤️
