“Earthing” or walking barefoot can help reduce inflammation in the body, improve sleep, increase energy levels and even reduce pain — I believe we all need this!

Research has shown that walking barefoot connects the body to the earth's electrical energy. This connection may help to neutralize free radicals in the body — another thing we all need!

My 9 year old niece Avery did this on her own. I am always so very proud of her but this one is special.
