عنوان: غذر فٹ بال کا گہوارہ اور روشن مستقبل کی اُمید
ضلع غذر کو بجا طور پر گلگت بلتستان میں فٹ بال کا گہوارہ کہا جاتا ہے۔ یہاں کے نوجوانوں میں جس جذبے، مہارت اور لگن کے ساتھ یہ کھیل زندہ ہے، وہ پورے خطے کے لیے باعثِ فخر ہے۔ حالیہ انٹر ڈسٹرکٹ ایونٹ میں خوش آئند بات یہ رہی کہ غذر جانباز کی ٹیم مکمل طور پر میرٹ پر منتخب ہوئی، جو انتظامیہ کی سنجیدگی کا ثبوت ہے۔
تاہم ایک بڑی کمی اب بھی موجود ہے۔ ہر بڑے ایونٹ میں ہماری ضلعی ٹیم بغیر باقاعدہ تربیتی کیمپ کے میدان میں اترتی ہے۔ اگر کم از کم تین ہفتے کی منظم اور سخت ٹریننگ دی جائے تو یہی خام ٹیلنٹ مزید نکھر کر سامنے آ سکتا ہے اور فائنل میں بار بار ناکامی کا سلسلہ بھی ٹوٹ سکتا ہے۔ مستقبل میں قومی سطح کے کھلاڑیوں، جیسے وسیم سلطان اور نئک عالم، کو ٹیم کے ساتھ جوڑے رکھنا بھی نوجوانوں کے لیے مفید ثابت ہوگا۔
اس ایونٹ میں غذر کے کھلاڑیوں نے شاندار کھیل پیش کیا۔ ہار جیت کھیل کا حصہ ہے، اصل چیز جذبہ اور دیانت داری ہے۔ این ایل آئی کی ٹیم بھی مبارکباد کی مستحق ہے، خصوصاً اس لیے کہ اس میں بھی اہم کھلاڑی غذر سے تعلق رکھتے تھے، جو ہمارے ٹیلنٹ کی پہچان ہے۔
البتہ ایک افسوس ناک پہلو بھی سامنے آیا۔ کھیل کے میدان میں تعویذ گنڈوں جیسی غیر سائنسی باتوں کا چرچا نئی نسل کے لیے غلط پیغام ہے۔ اسی طرح ریفریز کی مبینہ جانبداری جیسے شکوے بھی کھیل کی روح کے منافی ہیں۔ ضروری ہے کہ کھیل کو خالص میرٹ، محنت اور پیشہ ورانہ اصولوں کے مطابق آگے بڑھایا جائے۔
حقائق یہ ہیں کہ سترہ ٹیموں کے مقابلے میں سیمی فائنل تک پہنچنے والی دو ٹیمیں غذر کی تھیں، اور کئی سرکاری محکموں کے کوچ اور نمایاں کھلاڑی بھی اسی سرزمین سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔ یہ خود اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ غذر واقعی “منی برازیل” ہے۔
نوجوانوں سے یہی کہنا ہے کہ محنت جاری رکھیں، اپنی خامیوں سے سیکھیں اور متحد رہیں۔ اگر میرٹ، تربیت اور دیانت داری کو شعار بنایا جائے تو کامیابی زیادہ دور نہیں۔

There should be two teams, one from Uper Ghizer region includes Yasin and Gupis Phander, the other from lower Ghizer including Punial Ishkoman!

As the region has divided each and every department such as they have their own DCs and due to population our 90% given not an opportunity event from each tehsil especially from my tehsil there isn't given even single player to pay inter district, we request to the management selectors and all sports associated plus our political workers they should raise question about this?
