4 years ago I had my first heart attack, 2 years ago I had my second. This happened because I didn't care enough for myself. I was eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I wasn't pushing myself to get better. This changes today. I am in control of my life and my body. Join me on my journey to a better, more sustainable life.
