The past few weeks I’ve been in Puerto Rico. My home. 🇵🇷 it’s something that honestly has been long overdue. I’ve been spending time with my grandmother and rexploring my childhood home and hometown.

Every time I come back I remember how special this little island is. How powerful and beautiful the people are.

It is truly la isla del encanto. 🫶🇵🇷

Southern Italy had been such a dream. 🇮🇹 the landscape is beautiful, and I’ve enjoyed the slower off season and the overall slow moving pace here. I am making some beautiful memories with some amazing people and can’t wait to share more as my journey continues. Ciao 😉

Garden greens🪴 I’ve always grown up around plants and animals. My grandparents always had a steady garden in Puerto Rico. They grew eggplants, herbs, and fruits. Once we left the island we also left a lot of that behind and ended up living in spaces where a garden wasn’t an option. Yet my grandmother did her best to add flowers or grow herbs wherever she could.

Fast forward now I am extremely grateful for the abundance life has brought my way. To have a space where I can grow my own food, be surrounded by nature and enter a state of peace I hadn’t thought possible. It’s crazy how our mind, body, and soul crave this connection. 🌱💖
