This is my current cut progress!
Two months between both pics and 7lbs lighter! 151.4lbs to 144.6lbs to be exact 🏋🏼♂️
I slacked when it came to checking my weight everyday, but there were some days that could really shake your mood if you are new to watching your weight.
An example would be that I weigh myself and the scale says 147.2. Not too bad, let me reward myself and weigh again the next day only to discover I gained 5lbs over night! 😱 Why not weigh myself again the next day and come out at 145lbs.
My point is that weight fluctuates due to a number of variables, such as, water weight, time of day, food intake, and/or you went to the bathroom which could cause your weight to constantly change.
Narrow down those variables so when you weigh yourself by wearing yourself after you wake up, go to the bathroom, and on an empty stomach to get the most accurate results.
Save yourself the headache and weigh yourself once a week to see your progress! 💪💪💪
