Meet a few of the personalities behind City SC NOCO ⬇️

⚽️John brings ball mastery and technical foundations to every session, with the patience to develop each player as an individual.

⚽️Ro brings a sharp tactical eye to the game, and pushes players to match that same detail with a demanding, competitive edge.

⚽️Everton turns years of football knowledge and experience into practical, on-field application, holding players to high expectations along the way.

⚽️Ben brings the personality and passion that keeps the environment connected and full of positive energy.

⚽️Jesus leads with data-driven analysis and an eye for detail, holding the standard high through accountability.

⚽️Adam is focused on the “why” behind everything, building the understanding and ownership that develop the whole person, not just the player.

⚽️Amy leads with people first, building the relationships, direction, and culture that hold everything together.

These titles are only a piece of what our coaches embody. Every one of our staff brings way more to the table than one sentence can capture.

This week, we brought our elite families and players together for our annual Parent Meeting and Player Meeting and it was the perfect way to prepare for the season. ➡️

To our parents, we started with one question: why does your son or daughter actually play soccer? Not why we want them to — why THEY do. The answers were the same ones we hear every year: fun, friends, competition, love of the game. That’s our North Star. We want to ignite a lifelong passion for soccer, bring joy to our players, families and community, and leave a legacy that lasts beyond the game. ➡️

To our players, the message was just as simple: we believe in you, we want the best for you, and we expect the best from you. We talked about what it means to represent the badge: hardworking, humble, competitive, respectful, brave, team first and the standards that get you there. Show up. Be on time. Be prepared. Work hard. Communicate. Take ownership. Talent didn’t make the list, because every one of those is within your control. ➡️

We talked about development pathways, our coaching staff, playing time, communication, and what we’re building both on and off the field. But the heart of it all came down to a simple idea: leave the jersey in a better place than you found it. Better players. Better teammates. Better people. ➡️

Thank you to every family and player who showed up ready to listen, ask questions, and get to work. 🧡💙

City SC players now have access to a unique Mind + Movement® training program designed to develop both the physical and mental side of performance.

From reaction time and processing speed development to strength, agility, confidence, and mental toughness, this is an opportunity for athletes to train in an elite-style development environment this offseason.

Open to all City SC players U11–U19.

📍 Upper Deck Club – 910 E. Eisenhower Blvd (Old JAX building across from Sam’s Club)
📅 Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
⏰ 6–7 PM (additional sessions may open)
💲 Exclusive City SC rate: $60/week
