Completely worn out, 14 hour day, 27 clients. 8:15 pm and I get an email for coaching.

I call to talk to him, 6’ 4”, 640 lbs. 29 years old.

I ask how I can help, what type of training he’s looking for, what his budget is. He said “honestly I didn’t think you’d even call me, I was surprised to hear from you.”

He’s afraid he’s gonna die. I confirm if he continues down this path he will. We have a brief moment of truth.

Financially said he can’t afford my coaching.

Tell him to come in and talk to me, let me see how he moves and we’ll figure out a plan for him.

It’s not random that he clicked on my ad. I’m meant to help him.

Maybe it works out and I help save this dudes life. Maybe he ghosts and I never hear from him again.

Either way, I truly care about what I do and the people I do it for. I care about this guy I’ve never met and his health. And I fu***ng care about being a good human and helping where I can.

The right people will help you in anyway they can. I’ll believe in you until you can believe in yourself. Never write yourself off, never give up on the fight for your health. 🖤💪🏻

Last set of squats. 395, 3 sets of 5. Meh.

The youth strength session went super well. Taught alot of kids fundamentals of squats, presses, pulls, and carries.

Excited to give back to the community the last Sunday of every month. The kids need it. 💪🏻🖤

There’s something pretty cool about helping someone from a local business you already know and love.

This is the owner of Skoops Ice Cream - Barberton.

The goal wasn’t some extreme crash diet or a quick fix. It was getting stronger, improving body composition, building better habits, and creating something he could actually maintain.

And the difference speaks for itself.

More muscle. Less body fat. Stronger. Leaner. Healthier.

Transformations like this aren’t an accident. They come from having a plan, being consistent, and making adjustments when needed.

Proud of the work he’s put in — and yes, you can still own an ice cream shop and get in great shape. 😂🍦💪

You’re putting in the work.

But if your strength has stalled, your body composition isn’t changing, and you feel like you’re spinning your wheels, the answer usually isn’t just doing more.

It’s having a better plan.

At Anderson Ambition, coaching is built around your goals, your current ability, and what you actually need to progress.

That means individualized programming, accountability, adjustments when progress stalls, and a coach who knows exactly what you’re working toward.

No random workouts. No guessing. No wasting months doing the same thing and hoping for a different result.

If you’re in Green and you’re ready to break through your plateau, reach out.

There’s gyms all over the place.
My gym, their gym, this gym, that gym.

I don’t care where you go.
But go.

Not only because you’ll regret it if you don’t, but because of WHO you’ll become if you do.

236 lbs -> 126 lbs

But Olivia’s story isn’t just about losing 131 lbs (from her heaviest of 257).

She used a GLP-1 for only four months of her entire journey. It helped her get started. But then she came off of it.

That’s where strength training and proper nutrition became the foundation.

She prioritized protein, started lifting weights consistently, got stronger while continuing to lose body fat, and built habits she could actually maintain without relying on the medication.

I’m not anti GLP-1 as a tool. For the right person, under appropriate Medical care, it’s can be incredibly useful.

But weight loss and building a strong, capable body aren’t the same thing.

If you’re losing a significant amount of weight, resistance training and adequate protein are essential. The goal shouldn’t be to only make the number on the scale smaller. It’s to preserve and build muscle, get stronger, improve what your body can do, and create something sustainable on the other side of weight loss.

Olivia put in the work. She deserves all the credit for this transformation.

But the approach behind it isn’t an accident. And when you see results like this happen over and over again, that isn’t an accident either.

Strength training. Protein. Proper nutrition. Consistency.

Olivia didn’t just become 131 lbs lighter.

She became stronger. She changed her habits. And she built a completely different lifestyle.

3.5 years of consistency.

This is what sustainable change can look like. 🖤💪🏻
