Season is about to get underway! First home game on March 4th!

The KVCA releases its 2026 Preseason KVCA Boys’ Volleyball Poll. The St. Xavier Tigers open the season as the #1 team in the state followed by Trinity, Henry Clay, DeSales, and Ryle in that order. First place votes at noted in parenthesis.

The regular season is set to begin next Monday, March 2 and conclude with the 2nd ever KHSAA State Championship at George Rogers Clark High School in May. An updated poll is planned to be shared every two weeks throughout the spring season.

Volleyball first-round and second matches, to aid with travel, are pre-set. Semifinal matches will feature Match 2 (Regions 3-4) vs. Match 3 (Regions 5-6) and Match 1 (Region 1-2) vs. Match 4 (Regions 7-8).
