Here’s some important info for all competitors! Check your email for this info and all documents noted below!

There have been some modifications to the schedule from the original Prize List. A detailed schedule is attached. Please review so you know the pertinent information. This schedule is subject to change if necessary. All competitors will be notified of any significant changes via a group text message to the number listed on your entry. If you would like to add an additional contact to ensure you receive messages, please let Dionne know. There will also be a white board in the barn area where changes will be noted.

Stall and paddock assignments and location chart are attached. There will be 3 bags of shavings at each horse occupied stall. If you need more shavings, please contact (903) 882-8696 to order more. You may drive your trailer to the barn to unload, then please park in the designated trailer parking area shown on the Texas Rose Horse Park Map attached. Please remember that horses may not be left in paddocks overnight. If you have any questions about your stall assignment, please contact Dionne.

The Ease of Handling Course maps and Dressage Start List are attached. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIMES FOR MASTERS (L7) ARE CORRECT, HOWEVER THE ORDER OF GO WILL BE DETERMINED DURING THE DRAW ON THURSDAY. All ride times for Ease of Handling and Speed will be determined based on scores and posted the night before the trial.

Competitor Check-in will be available between 9:00am – 4:00pm on Thursday in the show office. Please make sure to have your Health Certificates when you check in or email them to [email protected] prior to arrival for quicker check in. The address to Texas Rose Horse Park is 14078 State Hwy 110N, Tyler, TX 75704.

Please note that all horses competing in the Championship and/or WAWE Qualifier MUST attend the Veterinarian Check on Thursday, November 6 between 12:00pm and 2:00pm so please plan accordingly. Please arrive at the designated location as early as possible. The vet checks go quickly and we don’t want the vet to be waiting around longer than needed. Competitors must be dressed in appropriate attire – slacks/breeches, collared shirt, and appropriate footwear. Jackets are optional.

All WAWE Qualifier competitors must bring their music on a USB drive in mp4 or audio file format and do a sound check with the announcer between 2:30pm – 3:30pm on Thursday at the announcer booth. If possible, please email your music file to Seth Marshall at [email protected] prior to arrival.

The Opening Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Thursday. All competitors should attend. It will be held in the Olde Oaks Farm Arena.

Ease of Handling obstacles will be available for schooling at designated times on Friday afternoon. Please see the schedule for your assigned time. The full Ease of Handling course will be set up, however competitors are only allowed to actually school the following 5 obstacles: jump, bridge, livestock pen, bull line, and gate. Schooling of other obstacles or course lines may result in disqualification from the show.

The J&L Ranch Warm Up Arena will be open for schooling at all times, except during competition times when it will be used for a maximum of 5 competitors next to enter the main arena to show. The other two arenas will be available at specified times as outlined in the schedule.

If you have the opportunity, be sure to thank the many sponsors and volunteers that have made this show possible! It wouldn't be happening without them!

We wish everyone safe travels and best of luck at the show!
