A lot of people ask what our team name is when they see CNQR.

CNQR is not a name — it’s a mindset.

We used to be a group of girls from one school. Playing with the pride of our school name. Now we are a different team, we’re athletes from Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Coweta, Lincoln and beyond.

Different schools blended into one team. One standard.

We didn’t rename our team.
We redefined it.

C – Compete (every pitch)
N – Never Quit (on any play)
Q – Quick Adjustments (softball is a game of them)
R – Respond with Confidence (always)

We’re not united by a logo.
We’re not united by a school name.
We’re united by how we play.
We’re united by the CNQR mindset.

New Team, New Look! 🥎

Our team is stepping into this season looking a little different — and we’re excited about what’s ahead!

This year, we had 5 girls move on to focus on other commitments. While we’re sad to see them go, we’re proud of them and cheering them on in their next chapters.

At the same time, we’re thrilled to welcome three new players to our roster who bring several years of softball experience with them.

In some ways… it feels like the D1 transfer portal hit our team 😄
New faces. New chemistry. New potential.

This squad is going to look different than it ever has before — and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.

Let’s go, Spring 2026.

We went 0-2 before the rain shut things down, but the scoreboard doesn’t tell the whole story.

Today we grew – as athletes, as teammates, and as competitors. Growth doesn’t always come with a win… sometimes it comes through the battles, the adjustments, and the perseverance. 💪

Every rep, every pitch, every play prepares us for the next step forward.

This is our very first tournament!
Coming straight out of Rec league, we’ve been placed in B class until we can officially be classified as C class. This tournament will be a great learning experience for us as a team and will give us a true taste of what it’s like to play travel ball.

We are CNQR Softball — a parent-led softball team made up of dedicated girls from Victory Christian School and a few friends from Lincoln and Coweta. We play to represent our school, but most importantly, we play to honor Jesus Christ in all we do. With every game, we strive to show teamwork, perseverance, and faith both on and off the field.
