First trip out with my F5 rod and it’s already the new favorite🎣After only 2 Striper I can tell I made the right rod choice. Throws the bigger baits further with less effort. I’m getting better action in the glide baits. And it’s more sensitive than the Phenix M1 I was using.

Once this Striper knew it was hooked, it knew the escape plan. One of these days I’ll land the bigger fish and lose the smaller ones.

This has become the go to setup for me. I’m currently on the best streak of consistently catching Striper since I started targeting them 3-4 years ago. About 2 months ago, I was on a record skunk streak. Every fish has been caught with this BIGGS Cetus.
