Wellness client Sarah Boor has made HUGE changes since her first check in. From starting weight of 132lbs hardly ever eating to 104lbs on 5 meals a day and very minimal cardio. Excited to see what she brings to the stage next spring!

2025 Battle of the Bodies is in the books and we didn’t leave empty handed! As a coach you truly couldn’t ask for more from clients than these 2 did. Between recovery from surgery’s to career changes and being a full time dad Aj and Justis knew the plan and went and executed flawlessly.

Justis got 1st in men’s novice physique and also 1st in men’s open physique nationally qualifying him. We feel just short of an amazing competitor for the overall in both but it’s absolutely nothing to be ashamed of! He continues to show promise competing with growth and sweeping classes

Aj has most likely put in more work than I could even say I have myself for shows. Between career changes leading to late and over nights, being a full time dad and also being in police academy camp for his whole peak week came in with a 2nd place in hero class classic physique and 4th in true novice classic physique!

They have both showed even being natural you can come make some noise on the stage and I’m blessed to be a part of it with them! Now we get back to the books as we prepare for a later show in November! Please join me In congratulating them on their huge weekend!

Right under 3 weeks out for Justis Grammar and Aj Munoz and I couldn’t ask for more. Between Justis coming back from acl/mcl surgery and Aj’s phenomenal weight loss journey from 327lbs these 2 show day in day out no matter the starting point, the set backs, or whatever daily life gives them they’re here to bring their best 🤝🏼💪🏼 Come out April 12th and support these 2 as they battle it out on stage at the NPC Battle of The Bodies in Tulsa!
