Work is tough. Some days are just plain hard, and that's okay. You're not ungrateful for having a bad day, even if others have it worse. How you handle those rough patches is your choice. Don't let anyone tell you you're wrong for feeling it.

People telling you to 'look at what you have' when you're having a rough time? It's garbage. You can be grateful and still have a bad day. Your emotions aren't a character flaw. Stop letting others define your feelings.

Being told to 'look at what you have' when you're struggling is invalidating. Your emotions are real, and experiencing them doesn't mean you're ungrateful. Your character isn't defined by your feelings.

I don't normally post content like this but this is something a good friend of mine brought up this morning.. too many people think that a job is supposed to be all fun. too many people think that it's possible to find a career path where everything is fine and there's no negatives. many people will say that they don't think like that and then ultimately be faced with the choice to stay and then end up leaving or making some sort of big Hasty change. now don't get me wrong, if you're being mistreated at your job, that's one thing. but too many people don't accept that everything is going to come with negatives and that sticking to your ultimate goal requires doing a lot of boring repetitive stuff. like I said in the video pretty shiny object syndrome.

👉 Check out the kettlebell here: https://amzn.to/4zHHYrm

Truck drivers don’t need a whole gym setup in the sleeper.

This 7-in-1 adjustable kettlebell goes up to 44 lbs, takes up almost no space, and lets you start training in seconds. That matters when you’re working long hours and getting to a gym isn’t always realistic.

I bought it myself, tested it, and broke down the pros AND the cons.

If you’re trying to stay strong on the road without turning your tractor into a weight room, this is worth checking out.

Struggling to find balance? Many miss the sweet spot, bouncing between extremes. If the middle feels impossible, lean into the 'good' extreme first, then gently find your way back. It's a journey, not a destination. What are your thoughts on this approach?

Think trucking is an easy path to big money? For most, it's a tough grind. While a select few strike gold with trucking school sponsorships and $90k first years, these success stories are the exception, not the rule. Most drivers face a different reality. Have you considered the trucker's journey?

This isn't for everyone, especially families with kids or those unwilling to embrace minimalism. It's ideal for singles or couples without children, provided your partner is on board. If you're ready to simplify, consider if this journey is for you. Tag someone who might be interested!

Ready to ditch the daily grind? You can build a nest egg with high-yield savings or smart investments. It takes time, but going extreme now means freedom later. What's your first step?
