Today is a HUGE win for the Second Amendment! The stay of injunction of the ruling of Silencer Shop vs ATF expired and here in Arizona Suppressors, SBR’s and SBS’s are now legal to possess without the filing of a form 1 or form 4 with some exceptions. You must be a part of the Gun Owners of America, National Rifle Association, Gun Owners Foundation and a select few others or purchase directly from Palmetto State Armory, Silencer Shop or B&T USA.

As of now Gebhart Tactical is still awaiting confirmation from the local ATF office on if licensed FFL with out the Special Operations Tax can facilitate transfers of SBR’s and SBS’s as well as manufactur and sell suppressors to members of mentioned associations above.

First month of 2026 is all but over, with our first year in business quickly approaching we would like to thank everyone who has supported us this far! With all small businesses we wouldn’t be where we are with out each and everyone of our customers who have chosen Gebhart Tactical. With everyone’s continued support 2026 will be even better!

We already offer free transfers to current and retired military, law enforcement and first responders as well as a 10% discount on all purchases but we want to double down and offer an additional 10% for those who serve our community! All year long current and retired military, LEO and first responders will receive free transfers AND 20% off all firearm and ammunition sales!

Coming mid March Gebhart Tactical will be offering FULL NFA services!! Doesn’t matter if you are purchasing a Gebhart Tactical suppressor, SBR, filing a form 1 or purchasing online We Got Your Six! We will walk you through and submit all paperwork required, and unlike other companies there is no fee!
