✨ Meet Manager Ashly! ✨

Ashly DeBlander has dedicated her career to helping children learn, grow, and succeed. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and her Master’s Degree in Education from Arizona State University. After teaching elementary school for five years, she transitioned into her current role as a Behavior Specialist in the Mesa School District.

Ashly’s passion for working with children is matched by her lifelong love of swimming. She has been swimming since the age of five and participated in a variety of swim clubs across Illinois and California, building a strong foundation in water safety and aquatic skills.

For more than nine years, Ashly has been an important part of the Kidtastics team, helping young swimmers develop confidence in the water while learning essential safety skills. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for families and empowering children to build a lifelong love for swimming.

We’re thrilled to welcome Ariella to the Kidtastics team!

Ariella is currently studying Psychology and Kinesiology at Occidental College on the pre-Physical Therapy track. Originally from Arizona, she has always had a passion for swimming and loves helping children build confidence, develop essential water safety skills, and feel comfortable in the pool.

With a warm, encouraging approach, Ariella is dedicated to creating a fun and supportive environment where every swimmer can learn, grow, and succeed at their own pace. Beyond the pool, she is also a competitive dancer—a passion that has helped shape the confidence, positivity, and discipline she brings to every lesson.

Ariella is excited to help young swimmers strengthen their skills, gain confidence in the water, and develop a lifelong love of swimming. 💙🏊‍♀️

Allex has always loved being in the water. After starting to swim at a young age, she quickly discovered the joy, confidence, and life skills that swimming can provide. Her passion for the water inspires her to help children feel safe, comfortable, and excited about learning to swim.

One of Allex’s favorite parts of teaching is watching young swimmers gain confidence with each lesson and develop a genuine love for the water. She believes that creating a positive and encouraging environment helps every child succeed both in and out of the pool.
