🚶‍♀️ WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 🚶‍♀️

Think you don’t have time to exercise?

Good news: even a 10–15 minute walk can make a difference.

✨ Boost your mood and reduce stress
✨ Increase energy and fight fatigue
✨ Support your heart, muscles, joints, and overall health

You don’t need a perfect workout, fancy equipment, or an hour-long gym session to benefit from movement. Sometimes the simplest habits are the ones that make the biggest impact.

Today’s challenge: take a 10–15 minute walk and notice how you feel afterward. Fresh air, sunshine, and movement can go a long way. ☀️🚶‍♀️

In college, we were taught to maintain professional boundaries.

Meanwhile, I’ve got clients who know way too much about my life, and I know plenty about theirs. We’ve celebrated wins, talked through challenges, gone on ladies’ nights, and somehow crossed the line from client-trainer to bridesmaids-and-officiants-at-my-wedding territory.

Oops. 😅

The truth is, I’ve never wanted HEAT to feel like just another gym. I’ve always wanted it to feel like a community where people genuinely care about each other.

The workouts bring us together 💪

The relationships are what keep us here 🫂

And we wouldn’t change a thing 🫶

☀️ June 2026 Schedule 💪🔥

New calendar layout, adjusted class times, and LOTS of fun classes!! June is when the weather really starts heating up, so we’ll be moving all evening classes back to 6:30 PM and our Saturday morning classes to 7:00 AM 🌅 (starting Mon, June 1st)

📆 What to Expect This Month:
🔥 Outdoor group fitness all week long at Crossroads, Riverfront, and Tangerine Sky
🧘‍♀️ Rotating specialty classes including Cardiyoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga, and Cardio/Core/Mobility throughout the month
🚶‍♀️ Walking Groups continue on Mondays & Wednesdays for extra movement and community connection
🌞 Earlier morning start times to help beat the Arizona heat

✨ We’ve color-coded the schedule by location this month to make it easier to read and plan your workouts!

Be sure to double check your app before showing up for class. Location times are always listed there first!

June is all about adapting, staying consistent, and finding ways to keep movement FUN even when summer kicks in. Don’t disappear just because it’s hot — this is the season where routines are built 💥

“I have to go to class.”
“I have to move my body.”

What if we changed that to:
✨ “I get to.” ✨

We get to move.
We get to build strength.
We get to take care of bodies that carry us through life every single day.

Not everyone has the ability, opportunity, or health to do the things we sometimes complain about doing.

So today’s reminder:
Movement isn’t a punishment. It’s a privilege. 💪

Even on the hard days, even when motivation is low… showing up for yourself is something to be grateful for.
