Congratulations to Ellie, Savannah and Tori for being nominated to participate in yesterday's Play it Forward Sportz - USSSA All State Games IL/MO! 🖤😏💛 Their 10u Esprit Metro Season has officially come to an end.
They were actually seperated onto 2 different teams. Ellie and Tori got to play one last game together for now.
The weather wasn't the greatest yesterday with rain every 5 minutes, anywhere from misty, drizzly, to a good downpour. The girls all took advantages of being able to run the field and slide with it wet.
The umpires and girls had so much fun with these games. Running the bases backward 321 instead of 123. Fans being able to catch foul balls and it would be considered an out. Even parents running the bases! The girls even got a little umpiring experience today!

We had to go against the same team we had beat that morning. However, their pitching had definitely improved for this game and we just couldn't keep up.

This loss landed us taking 3rd place in our Final Tournament.

Sunday 6/28 Game 2We faced UA Elite once again and just fell short. This loss knocked us out of the winner bracket.
