Tough weekend but we keep moving forward..

Lilly raced in regional #4 at Abe Lincoln this weekend! Lilly started 4th in the heat and unfortunately never found the gas pedal and ended up in last.

In the B Main Lilly started 7th and couldn’t find the speed finished last and didn’t not advance into the A main, which put us done for the weekend.

Lessons learned. Memories made.

We are excited to see what our driver continues to learn & can’t wait to watch her grow!

What a whirlwind of a weekend!

Friday night Lilly headed to Tri City for a race! Lilly started 7th out of 7! She drove her butt off, made some great passes and was able to cross the checkered flag with a 3rd place!

In her feature she started second! Had a great start at the green flag and led 3 laps before she was spun out. Under caution another driver clipped our front end which took us out for the remaining of the race. She got a dnf! Lilly ear okay, and more mad about the car.

Saturday morning we headed to CCQMA! Her heat she started 6th out of 8 and unfortunately crew chief did not turn the gas on…. After caution she wa s sent to the back where she finished 8th.

In her heat she started 8th out of 8! Drove her butt off before getting into the loose dirt and spinning out. She was able to finish 5th out of 8!

Overall a great weekend but we have a lot to work on and get ready for the last regional of the year at Abe Lincoln!!

We chased the crown! We ran three tracks in three days. 6 races. 2 nights of sleeping in the trailer.

Track 1 at Taylorville:
Heat: started 2nd and had a box violation and ended 5th!
Feature: finished 8th! Ran more caution laps then we did green flag laps!

Track 2 Abe Lincoln
Feature: we did more caution laps! We lost a tire… and finished 8th!

Track 3 Tri City:
Heat: started 2nd and finished 3rd
Feature: started 5 finished 6th

Overall a great weekend ! She learned a lot of lessons! She drove her butt off every race! It was a long weekend for our driver! Super proud of how well she is doing in Junior Honda!

Back to school we go tomorrow.

CHASING THE CROWN 👑

Lilly will be racing Friday, Saturday & Sunday! Today we are off to CCQMA ! We will then load up and head to Abe Lincoln to race Saturday before coming to our home track for a race on Sunday!

🏁 TRIPLE CROWN WEEKEND 🏁

We are prepping this week for a big weekend! It’s the first ever Triple Crown Showdown! Lillian will be racing Junior Honda for the crown! It’s not just one day of racing, it’s not two days of racing… it’s THREE DAYS OF RACING!

Friday night: CCQMA
Saturday: Abe Lincoln
Sunday: Tri-City Junior Speedway

Last night was a hot one!!

Lilly heat she started 2nd out of 5! She was on the gas at the starts and battled the entire race. Holding 3rd place she went for the pass for second and held onto it for the checkered flag.

The feature Lilly started 4th out of 10. And she struggled! Holding fourth until we had a box violation which sent us two cars back. It unfortunately went down hill from there with box violations… definitely something we have to work on & explain more.

With the rainfall over the weekend we rained out at CCQMA so we are off today! We have a big weekend next weekend to prepare for !

Change of time & days!

Saturdays race at Tri City has been moved to a start time of 6:00 pm.

CCQMA Taylorville’s race was moved to Sunday with a start time of 11:00 am!
