Race at Tri City Junior Speedway!

Heat 1: Lilly was able to pull off a first place feature right at the final lap.

Heat 2:She raced hard and was able to finish 2nd!

Feature Lilly was starting second out of 8! She had great laps and got caught up in lap traffic, she was timid to make the pass and was finally able to make the pass to finish 3rd. 🥉

We are happy Lilly is finding the gas pedal, but we are going to work on gaining confidence to make the pass!

We will be at Tri City next Saturday!

Our little driver brought home a heat & feature win!!

Last night at Tri-City Lilly had great speed!

Heat 1: Lilly started 4th and was great at the line on her start to run great laps to finish 3rd!

Heat 2: Lilly started 1st and had a slight delay at her start which set her back & was able to finish 2nd!

Feature: they put all 7 in her class on the track with Lilly starting 4th! She was fast & was able to bring home 2nd place in her feature!

We are so proud of the work, effort & success she has had over the last few weeks! Each week she grows in multiple ways!

We are off to CCQMA for another Race Day!

Taylorville, CCQMA Race Day Recap:
What a great day!

Heat 1 we started 3rd out of 4! Lilly looked great, was fast, but definitely was loose which scares her. Instead of backing down she did well until the time was right for her to pull off to fix the car real fast. We pushed her back out & finished 3rd!

Heat 2: we started 2nd and she was great on the gas, but held off making the pass. when she went for the pass her and another car spun out! She was able to gain her position back after passing and finishes 2nd.

Feature: we made a tire change and started out 3rd! Lilly was great on the green flag, did an amazing job handling her car, ran a great line, and looked FAST ! Lilly made multiple passes! She finished 2nd & we were so dang proud of her!

Tri City Junior Speedway on Saturday night!

Heat 1: Lilly started 1 out of 5! She was great on her starts! Did a great job holding the gas pedal down & was able to get first place in her heat!

Heat 2: Lilly started 5th out of 5! Dad made a few adjustments that Lilly did not like! She was on the gas but letting off the gas. She was able to finish 4th!

Feature: Lilly started 3rd out of 5 & she was ready! Lilly had a great start at the green flag! She was on the gas! Made a few passes & finished 2nd in her feature!

Overall amazing race day for Lilly! We are learning and growing with every race! We are off to Taylorville, CCQMA for another day filled with racing! Good luck Lilly!
