I am slowly widening my squat stance each week and depth is now right in the money. I’m pushing a little wider in my working sets to be able to sink it a little more so it will be no question. I have to continue strengthening my hips and adductors because that’s what’s getting hit the most as I get wider but this is a huge step in the right direction and a big mental boost. Big things are coming at my next meet in December
