As for a former college football player. I was debilitated from multiple surgeries and multiple concussions. When my football career was over I had such lingering pain and issues. But along my path I started deep diving into how the body works and understanding that there were so many layers to this meatsuit we have😂 For the last 8 years it has been my passion to guide and mentor people back from injuries and physical limitations and getting them to perform and have power in their bodies. Hey there, Instagram fam! 🏋️‍♂️ Allow me to introduce myself - I'm James Herron, and for the past 8 incredible years, I've been immersed in the world of health and physical training.

I've worked with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and folks battling chronic pain. My journey has been a rollercoaster ride of learning, experimenting, and discovering amazing ways to boost all things health and performance. 🏋️‍♂️💪🏻

My journey started when I was a high school three-sport athlete and that eventually led me to play college football. But life threw some curveballs my way – injuries, mental and emotional struggles, multiple concussions, and surgeries that shook me to my core. 💥

These hardships played a huge role in my growth and development. They pushed me to heal not just my body, but my mind too. Now, I'm on a mission to share what I've learned and help others do the same. It's about empowering your mind and body, one step at a time. 🤝🏻🧠
