What a summer it has been… 🥰
I can’t express enough gratitude for our Torch Lake Series - Yoga in the Park at Alden Depot. It has been an absolute joy to move and breathe with this community in such a gorgeous setting.

We’re not done yet! SEPTEMBER sessions will continue!!
I look forward to seeing you
on the mat…

No experience necessary, mats provided - just bring yourself 🥰 (along with layers of clothing, eye protection, water… or anything else you may want to have to make you feel more comfortable. Blankets, props, towels, pillows….etc.

I CANNOT believe it is our last Friday in August.
It has been an absolute pleasure to spend Friday mornings this summer with the most wonderful community.
Great news! Yoga in the Park will continue throughout September! Thank you so much for those who’ve supported along the way to make these events possible.
