Northern Classic Weekend Spotlights!

It was a busy weekend in Traverse City for all three Rally NoMi teams! While the results don’t always tell the full story, there were plenty of standout performances worth celebrating.

12U (1-3)

⭐ Maddie Swaney finished the weekend with an impressive .750 batting average, collecting 2 triples and a single, while driving in 2 RBIs.

⭐ Gracie Agley hit .500 on the weekend with 1 double and 2 singles, continuing to be a consistent presence at the plate.

14U (3-2)

⭐ Peyton Yonkman was dominant in the circle, recording 18 strikeouts in two starts. She also showed off her arm strength from center field, throwing two runners out at home.

⭐ Gianna Nowak delivered a huge performance Friday night, throwing a no-hitter.

⭐ Maci Hathaway came through with a big triple.

⭐ Lydia Mitchell smoked a nice homerun!

⭐ Morgan Paquette was a defensive standout, posting a .950 fielding percentage.

16U (0-4)

The record may not reflect it, but there were bright spots this weekend.

⭐ Audrey Otto led the offense with a .625 batting average and blasted her first Rally home run! 💣

⭐ Elodie Curtis finished the weekend hitting .500 and crushed a beautiful triple.

⭐ Addison Verdi had a great day behind the plate, earning two MVP ribbons on Saturday.

This Weekend’s Rally NoMi Lineup!

All three of our Rally NoMi teams are stayin in Traverse City this weekend to compete in the Northern Classic Tournament!

We’re excited to see our athletes hit the field, compete hard, and represent Rally with pride. Wishing all of our players, coaches, and families a fun, successful weekend filled with great softball, teamwork, and memories.

Player Spotlight!

At the Spring Splash Tournament in Traverse City last weekend Avri Pionk came up clutch with a double to center field, 2 RBIs. She then showed her aggressive baserunning by stealing 3rd and laying out with a dive into home plate for the game-winning run! The opposing team, Flames 12U, recognized her impact on the game by nominating her as MVP.

Way to go, Avri! Keep grinding and shining on the field! ❤️🖤🥎

Ashlynn Hadley & Gracie Agley on our 12U are going head-to-head on opening night of the TAGS season, representing different teams! It’s always fun watching great teammates become competitors for a night.

What an incredible start to the summer tournament season! Our girls battled hard all weekend and finished 3rd place out of 15 teams, posting an impressive 2-1-1 record in their first summer tournament.

We're so proud of the teamwork, determination, and heart these athletes showed on the field. Every game was a chance to grow, compete, and represent Rally with pride!

Thank you to Kim Handwerk for capturing so many great moments of the girls throughout the weekend. We appreciate you taking the time to preserve these memories for our players and families!

The future is bright for this group, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the summer holds. Keep working, keep believing, and keep rallying! 💪🥎🔥
