Y’all. Join me for yoga this week at Fire Station 3 AND go to Artistic Bean for an “I will always love you latte”.

Classes are $10. Everyone is welcome! I have extra mats if you need to borrow one.

Saturday class is canceled this week but we’ll be back on track next Saturday, 9:30am at Tremont Lodge & Resort.
