Sunshine, shade trees and all the summer sounds. BIG GRATITUDE to everyone who came out to yoga this morning AND to the Townsend Abbey for hosting yoga on the lawn. It was such a perfect way to welcome in summer!

Anyone else heard this lil fella? For weeks weā€™ve been hearing him during morning yoga, so I decided to go meet him. Heā€™s pretty friendly and I think he may actually be a greeter at the picnic area at the Special Peopleā€™s Park. Happy Friday, yā€™all! I hope your day is fantastic!

This Saturday, 6/20, LoriB yoga will be on the porch teaching us a wonderful yoga sequence! Once we have our hearts and minds centered we will reward ourselves with yummy farmers daughter cinnamon rolls and pecan pie rolls! You do not want to miss this!!

Whoā€™s coming?! Yā€™all. Itā€™s always a beautiful morning of yoga in the great room at the Abbey, mimosas and maybe grab some lunch after yoga. $20 includes yoga and a mimosa (or tea or soda). Yoga is a beginner friendly class. There are extra mats if you need to borrow one. Everyone is welcome, locals and visitors to Townsend! I hope to see ya there!
