That is my philosophy and firmly believing that all children must learn to swim. I am committed to creating swimming classes where kids can feel at ease, where fear turns to joy, and where parents can look on with pride. My mission is twofold: To provide complete safety and flawless stroke technique for every child and to foster the intellectual and emotional growth that only the water can offer.
FOR ADULTS
Many studies have shown that regular exercise contributes to your health. Swimming is consistently identified as the best way of practicing. Reduced stress, weight control, cardiovascular fitness, reduce cholesterol levels, muscle tone and endurance is what has been a positive impact exercise. All ages, from 3 to 103 years old, are welcome, regardless of their motives and reasons. Goals can be: a healthier life, better form and psycho-physical condition, better techniques, socializing, and many other reasons. My job is to give you high quality and creative training, through a combination of enjoyment and dosage of physical effort, with a relaxing pleasant atmosphere which enables the achievement of your personal goals. This course is tailored for an individual, depending on his prior knowledge, his goal, gender, body structure, the possible fear of water, frequency of training, trust of the coaches, and most importantly the strong desire to learn what you want. I like to say that swim training and use of proper swimming technique is not the main focus for senior adults. Many senior adults have problems with their joints and spine but in the water the body doesn’t have enough support weight so it helps practicing and developing one’s cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular systems. Long walks, jogging or any kind of jumping such as aerobics are not recommended for such senior adult skeletal system. Training programs: Training for non-swimmers, swimming technique correction, recreational swimming, competitive swimming, designed precisely to meet the stated goals and objectives. This program is for people who have no ambition for technique training. For them their technique knowledge is enough just want to swim and build their physical capacity. COMPETITIVE SWIMMING
My workouts are designed in accordance with the competitive objectives such as aerobic endurance, anaerobic threshold, work on technique and hypoxia. Another plus is working on perfecting the correct, most efficient racing technique, competition starts and finishes and efficient turns. If you are a triathlon or marathon swimmer and want to improve your technique and swimming speed, contact me for help. CLASSES are personal or half personal (2-3 persons). LOCATIONS
Classes can be held in your private pool or on one of the community pools. Unfortunately I haven't access to the pool.
