Tutu Beautiful Individually handcrafted tutu decorations Toshiko started out as a loving mother, taking her daughter to ballet every day.

Eventually, she found herself playing an integral role in the ballet company, designing costume after costume for the hardworking dancers. After her daughter left for college, she decided to keep her passion for ballet and designing alive by starting her very own business, Tutu Beautiful.
