Focus on who you want to become by building your nutrition and training plan around that!

If you’re not careful and you’ve missed one or two days during the week, you miss the weekend you’re now behind?
Break the habit taking the weekends off do some work Saturday and Sunday you’ll be ahead of 99% of the people in all endeavors!

However can You do this? I do simple basic s**t every day. I don’t have to work my ass off, I am not trying to jump through the roof.

I good go into great depths with such simplicity.
Toes and arches are being stretched, I can feel it. Ankle stiffness on the right, leads to knee and hip compensation.

Blah, blah, blah… however if it pains you to get off the couch??!!??
