What’s my 2nd love next to HIGH Fitness ?

Going on adventures with my family- particularly traveling to St George! The sun ☀️ and 🌴 make me so happy! Traveling is a passion and St George is the fix I need in between trips!

It’s particularly special this time of year 🍂because I get to watch two of my other loves- dance 💃 and football 🏈

We love spending time as a family and we love supporting Brylie and the Utah Tech University Blaze Dance Team.

See ya this weekend Brylie Gygi ! Can’t wait! 🤟

High + Yo with these sweet and they rocked it! Usually we get a lot of giggles all through a youth class but not these girls. They were locked in!

It’s hard to do new things in front of your peers. I’m so proud of their confidence in themselves and their support for each other!

🎤Nothing like HIGH Fitness takin’ us straight to the club!😎! If you’re a millennial…you’re singing the lyrics without “knowing” the lyrics! 🙊🙈 Sometimes what happens in class, stays in class 🤫!

⚡️What are some of your favorite songs to belt out in class? Drop them in the comments! 👇
