FACT: aerial silks does not require flexibility…

There are dozens of poses and moves that can be done with little to no flexibility. The vast majority of beginners on aerial silks were not flexible when they started. So, don’t let that stop you from trying it 🥰💪

Every aerial silks training session is led by Lisa Tersigni! She has been training on the silks for 5 years and can teach anything from beginner to advanced level 🤍 in the off season, she has her silks set up in crunch fitness and trains clients indoors.
