A special thank you goes out to for challenging the PRS competitors at the Quick Trigger Range Invitational with a Rx Target Systems Bull Challenge target configured in the 1.0” aperture plate. They honored stage 4 of the competition designating it to our Pediatric Kidney Disease Awareness initiative by painting it green . More details in a separate post on that. So I’ve been learning how to weld for a year now and recently bought my first welding kit, a Lincoln Electric Mig140. My friend is a true professional and has been teaching me the art. At first it was a lot of watching and then I started on one technique at a time. I have learned to machine and prep the pieces properly and then to inspect after looking for proper pe*******on , holes , or not so good joints. Right now I’m doing spinners but will also start doing the Bull challenge paddles and paddle rest and dueling trees. I’m not quite there yet with the speed silos as I currently have the local manufacturer doing those. Those of u who really know me know how big this is for me to learn this art. I know I will get better with practice but these pictured are looking great so far.
