Fantastic job 4:00 pm Aqua SPLASH! We beat the afternoon thunderstorms and was able to complete our session with a SPLASH💦💦💦🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
We had a BLAST concentrating
On routine maintenance of “Endurance” & “Strength” 🌸🌸🌸🌸conditioning , utilizing a pool noodle & water hand weights. After that, we had some friendly 🌸SUMMER SPLASH🌸 relay lap racing, with challenging drills. Everyone looked strong! Well done TGO!!!!! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️🤗☀️☀️💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦

Today 9:00 am Aqua Splash/Dash session came out focused, 💪consistently training in aerobic base capacity for 30 min w/out recovery!
VERY impressive!! Followed by high intensity intervals bursts on the tail end. Excellent growth TGO!!!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸We look forward to seeing you at 4:00 pm weather permitting.
