When I look back at my journey since 2006—giving my life to Jesus, building Faith Driven Fitness from the floor of local living rooms and small-town gyms, scaling it to 6-figures in 18 months, and selling it so I could be home raising our four kids while building from the kitchen table since 2012—there is one lesson that towers over everything else:



You cannot fake fruit.



When women come into my coaching world, they don't get canned theory, borrowed slides, or a motivational TED talk. They get nearly 20 years of real-world battle scars, 7-figure ex*****on, a 20+ year marriage, and a direct line to the Secret Place.



And if you ask the women who have sat in my rooms, been on retreats, or worked with me 1-on-1, they will all tell you the exact same thing:



The greatest asset I bring into any room is radical, childlike surrender to the Holy Spirit.



I do not read off a scripted teleprompter.



We’ve all seen the church model where a preacher delivers the exact same 25-minute sermon across four consecutive Sunday services, complete with the exact same recited prayer down to the syllable. That isn’t the Holy Spirit moving in real time—that’s human flesh and production value running a script.

‼️Stop looking for a safe circle to nurse your excuses and start looking for an army.

I’m not a religious person. I don’t do church politics, and I don’t play the game of sitting in a building every Sunday only to walk out on Monday living the exact same dysfunctional, powerless life.

I’ve spent nearly two decades out in the trenches of marketplace ministry. Through the Warrior Women tribe, we have taken more ground and claimed more Kingdom territory in real business, real marriage, and real life than most church buildings ever will.

Why? Because we actually hold a standard.

We don’t do codependency. We don’t do self-preservation.

When you see a sister walking around sick, chronically depleted, out of shape, and letting her temple decay—or watching someone slowly destroy themselves with alcohol, addiction, and silent compromise—staying quiet isn’t "grace." It’s cowardice. It’s codependency masquerading as love because people are too scared of friction to speak the truth.

Living in chronic defeat, weakness, and physical sickness makes Jesus look bad. He paid too high a price for us to walk around powerless and defeated.

True love doesn’t coddle. Real discipleship confronts dysfunction because Jesus loves you way too much to leave you where He found you.

The women in our squad don’t gather to stroke each other's egos. We gather to:

‼️Hold the line on physical vitality, discipline, and temple stewardship.

‼️Call each other up into Kingdom authority and spiritual warfare.

‼️Destroy compromise, addiction, and religious passivity.

‼️Make Jesus famous again through undeniable fruit, signs, wonders, and miracles.

When you raise the standard, the people who want comfort will run—but the women who are ready will rise up.

This morning I was in Hosea 13:9, and a single word stopped me dead in my tracks.

The verse talks about God being our Helper. In the original Hebrew, that word is EZER (עֵזֶר).

It’s the exact same word used in Genesis 2:18 when God looked at Adam and said, “It is not good for man to be alone; I will make him an EZER—a helper suitable for him.”

Most modern church teaching has completely neutered what that means. We hear “helper” and think of an administrative assistant, a sidekick, or a glorified maid.

That is not what the Hebrew says.

Every other time Ezer appears in the Old Testament, it describes God Himself showing up as a military rescue, a shield, a vital protector, and a warrior ally in battle (Psalm 121:1–2, Psalm 33:20).

When God created woman, He didn’t make an afterthought. He created an Ezer—a high-capacity, spiritually discerning, warrior ally designed to complete what the man was missing.

I teach this to my women right out of the gate: Getting married doesn’t make you a wife. You were CREATED a wife. It is a divine design, an assignment of massive capacity and spiritual authority.

Now, let’s talk about the hard truth.
I’m not talking to the secular world today. I’m talking to the men who claim to have a biblical worldview.

The men who look great on the outside. The ones who might even show up to church every Sunday, raise their hands, and quote Scripture—yet behind closed doors, pride is running the show.

They won’t listen to their wives.
They get offended the second she offers discernment or direction.
They act like they don’t need her for anything—they almost try to be their own wife.

Hear me on this: Pride is the first chapter in the book of failure.

A truly godly man doesn’t see his wife’s strength or prophetic insight as a threat. He studies her design. He leans in. He listens to her because he understands that God placed an Ezer beside him so he wouldn’t operate in blind spots. When a man refuses his Ezer, he is literally refusing the help God designed for his survival.

And for the wives walking this road... let me be deeply vulnerable with you.
This road is not easy. It is a daily crucifying of the flesh and a masterclass in humility.

There have been seasons in my own journey where I was so frustrated, so weary, and honestly—mad at God. You see the blind spots clearly. You carry the download from the Secret Place. And yet, you have to watch the process unfold at God's pace, resisting the urge to manipulate, mother, or control your husband.

It’s a long road. It’s a battlefield.

And you cannot walk it alone.

If you try to carry an unequal spiritual weight in isolation, you will become bitter, resentful, and exhausted. You need a fierce, holy community around you. You need mentors and coaches who will hold you to the highest standard, keep your heart pure, and remind you who you are when the pressure gets intense.

Your calling as an Ezer is not small. You are not a doormat, and you are not a passive spectator.

Stand in your identity. Guard your heart against pride and bitterness. Stay rooted in the Secret Place.

God didn’t make a mistake when He designed you to be his Ezer. 🔥🛡️👑

I’m sitting here in Mexico, and the Lord just did it again.

Back in December 2021, I was right here in Mexico when the Lord woke me up with Hebrews 12. He specifically pointed me to verses 26 and 27: "Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens." That "once more" indicates the removing of what can be shaken, so that what cannot be shaken may remain.

Fast forward to yesterday. My Warrior Women and I are doing our Bible in a Year reading, and I’m in Mexico again. Our reading for the day? Hebrews 12:26-27.

The Lord is making it so clear: the shaking is far from over, but we are standing on the ground that cannot be moved.

Over the last five years, we’ve watched the "shaking" happen in real-time. We’ve seen the evil exposed—from the mRNA scam and the Fauci lies to the poison in our food and the corruption in our systems. It’s been a massive exposure of mind control.

I was watching the new Spider-Man movie recently and they were literally talking about mRNA technology and mind control right there in the film. It made me realize why so many were led to the slaughter. I’m not talking about unbelievers—they don’t have a renewed mind, so they are easily led. I’m talking about the "church players" and the liberal pastors who feared man more than God. They hopped on Facebook, posting pictures of themselves getting the shot, telling their congregations to do the same. They were under the spell.

For me and my family, it wasn't even an option. When my two youngest were almost a year old, the Lord opened my eyes to the truth, and we stopped doing vaccines right then—praise the Lord! Our bodies are self-healing, designed by the Creator, and we’ve known these things were evil for a long time.

When my kids went to school, we signed those exemption papers. A lot of people think they have to comply, but I’m here to remind you: we live in the United States of America—One Nation Under God. We do not have to bow to the mind control or the fear-mongering.

Our goal isn't to shame those who were fooled. There are solutions. Your body can heal. There are heavy metal detoxes and ways to get that junk out of your system.

The shaking is accelerating. Just yesterday, more fraud came out of the CDC. We’re seeing the Trump administration expose massive fraud in Medicare, Medicaid, and the insurance companies. One after another, the pillars of the world system are crumbling.

If you’ve felt that "pit in your stomach" or felt like you were being overlooked by the systems of this world, remember: they can’t see you because you’re in a different realm. You are operating higher.

Don't try to force a door open that God is shaking. Trust that if He’s removing it, it’s because something better is coming. Stop living in the victimhood stronghold. Test the spirits.

The enemy wants you to feel rejected and give up, but you were born for this shaking.

Mexico was the starting point in 2021, and here in 2026, the circle is closing. The mission is clear.

I was sitting here with Casen tand it hit me: Gen X women are about to become the most powerful grandparent influence this world has ever seen.

We are the ones who took abandonment and turned it into "figure it out" resilience. We were the first females to build and own our own businesses. We know how to operate on book, pen, and paper, but we can out-hustle anyone in the digital space.

But here is where we are doing things differently: The "Grandma" stereotype is officially dead. 🙅‍♀️

I’m not the grandma who is going to stress my kids out by feeding my grandson poison and junk food. We destroyed our bodies when we were younger, and now we are obsessed with wellness because we know that Kingdom work requires a temple that is strong.

We have no patience for nonsense and a fierce determination to live with our priorities clear. We aren’t just "watching" the grandkids; we are equipping them. We are teaching them to pray, to eat for strength, and to walk in authority.

The greatest adventure is just beginning. We aren't fading out; we are leveling up.
