Today all our Tackle Teams get their first chance to compete against other programs. Tigard Youth Football players will be competing at Sunset High School and Hillsboro High School all day, working to get better. Come support your Tigers!

Come watch our High School teams hit the field for the first time during their intra-squad scrimmage. There will be food, an raffel for great prizes and an opportunity for our Youth players to be on the field to watch the High School players start their season!

FOOTBALL SEASON IS FINALLY HERE!

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to the field for Tigard Youth Football’s 2026 Conditioning Week! This marks the official start of the season and the first step toward another great year of football.

Conditioning Week Details

When: Monday, August 10th – Thursday, August 13th

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Where: Tigard High School Varsity Football Field

Monday Arrival: Please arrive by 5:30 PM on the first night to help us get everyone checked in on time!

Important Reminders

Daily Check-In: Every player must check in in person near the stadium snack shack before entering the field.

Required Gear: Bring a large water bottle, athletic shorts, cleats/turf shoes, a mouth guard, and your helmet. Your camp shirt will be issued on the first night. (Please NO shoulder pads or football pants during conditioning!)

Parent Meeting: Join us Tuesday at approximately 6:15 PM in the stadium bleachers to hear from TYF President Michael Leeper and Tigard High School Head Coach Will Whitley.

Final Equipment Pick-Up: Still need tackle gear? Join us Sunday, August 9th, from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the stadium.

Registration is STILL OPEN!
Know someone who wants to play? Registration is open through Wednesday, August 12th. Invite your friends, classmates, and neighbors to join the TYF family!

TYF Equipment Pickup is THIS WEEKEND!

If you’re registered for Tigard Youth Football, it’s time to get your gear and get one step closer to kickoff.

Please remember to bring:
✅ Any outstanding sports physical paperwork (if you haven’t already uploaded it to SportsEngine)
✅ A parent or guardian
✅ Your excitement for the upcoming season!

Our volunteers will be fitting helmets and issuing equipment, so please be patient as we work to make sure every player gets the right fit.

We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend and officially kick off another great season!

This summer, Tigard Youth Football players have an incredible opportunity to train with new Tigard High School Head Coach Whit and his coaching staff! Whit Workouts is designed for 3rd–8th graders who want to build confidence, improve their football skills, and get a head start before the season begins.
Players will work on speed, strength, football fundamentals, and mindset while learning directly from the coaches who are building the future of Tigard Football. Whether you’re new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, this is your chance to train with the best and be part of the culture that defines Tigard.
