10ish weeks till some 400+ Adaptive & Teenage (ADAT) CrossFit Games athletes descend on San Jose, 🌴 California 🌴 for a weekend of championship competition. Your CREW will be there, too - scores of judges, medical friends, 🦽handlers, equipment movers and many more. This year we are offering some “billboard” space for whoever grabs it up first - the back of the ADAT crew shirts! The Pit gets DEEP on Friday.

Event 4: THAT’S BALL, a repeat of a 2023 Event Favorite

3 rounds of:
- Swim
- Echo bike calories
- Max rep D-ball cleans

Event 5: YARD SALE
An 8-minute grind featuring ascending reps of:
- Sled pull
- Sled push
- Handstand walk

Event 6 will be revealed ON-SITE at the competition. 👀

Check out what we got for y’all coming to The Pit June 25-26! There’s some barbelllllll, some gymnastics, some running and some … “objects” 🪵🚜🐂🦆🐟 for day 1 of the seventh Pit Throwdown. As day 3 kicks off this morning in Columbus for the teenage athletes, we are watching. Listening. Thinking. Praying. We will name one Jacob Morris Spirit Award winner per division - so four total - from the field of 120 teenage athletes. This coveted award will be given to athletes who demonstrate “extraordinary character” and who inspire and motivate others to embrace life and live well, even or especially in the face of hardships or challenges.

Sweet Jacob Morris is the son of Keith and Kristi Morris. He was a 2019 teenage athlete who died in December 2019 of a sudden cardiac arrest. Since 2020, when we held a teenage CrossFit event, we have honored Jacob. All who knew him knew he exhibited all the characteristics associated with a “Spirit of the Games” award.

Let’s see who’s here doing the same this weekend. 💜💜
