XR teaches concepts, not plays; ideas, not patterns and in the end the player is filled with all the knowledge necessary to enhance their spontaneity. Training sessions are structured in a way to strategically enhance conceptual development and performance in youth soccer. XR Soccer Training is a comprehensive, proprietary technical soccer skill development training program developed by Xavi Rico the 2015 Youth Soccer National Coach of the year.

Madrid CFF, we lived it.

New teammates, new city, a level of play that pushed our girls in ways they’ll never forget. This is what the Road to Spain looks like when it comes full circle.

This trip also marks a new chapter for us. We’re proud to be growing this pathway alongside two incredible partners, joining us in bringing families to Spain and making experiences like this possible for even more players.
