GHSA does Gymnastics Championships a little different from other sports . Today Classes 1A-4A gathered for state preliminary championships to qualify for the GHSA title . Sage didn’t make the cut for the combined finals, but she did place the highest in the 3A division on Beam to become the 3A State Beam Champion. Finals continue on Friday for the 1A-4A Champions . We are so proud of Sage ( yes it’s crazy confusing !)

Good luck to Sage Hadley today as she heads to Buford High School to represent UL at the High School preliminary Gymnastics Championships . Sage qualified for the championships in the Class A-4A Division and will compete Balance Beam today. The event begins at 1 pm . Good luck Sage !

Allie Richmond - Bars 10th, Floor 6th, All around 10th

JV
Kaylee Howard sweep the meet tonight to finish 1st on every event for the JV team.

CONGRATS TO Sage who qualified to the Preliminary meet in Buford in April . To qualify for prelims, a gymnast must score and 8.5 or higher on the event at 3 regular season meets . Prelims determine State Qualifiers.

Great job tonight GYM KNIGHTS in Carrollton!

Sage placed 4th in class A-4A (13th of 61 overall)
Allie placed 6th in class A-4A ( 24th overall)
Laci placed 7th in class A-4A (25th overall)
JV :
Kaylee placed 5th all around and is rhe VAULT CHAMPION !
Maddion placed 10th all around.

We placed 2nd as a team in ClassA-4A and 6th overall.
