Trail Stick Definition:
A light stick with lots of branches off the sides that the first runner on the trail carries in front of them to avoid getting spiders on their face or in their hair.
We’re in spider season, so lucky for the race leaders, Susy is going to walk all the trails before the sun is up on race morning to clear the spider webs from the single track trails.
