June Burpee Challenge
This month is all about mental toughness, pacing, and learning how to stay calm under fatigue.
The goal of this challenge is to develop consistency, improve pacing, and build the grit to keep moving when things start to get uncomfortable.
Athletes will complete the challenge twice:
📍Baseline Test: June 3rd
📍Final Test: June 22nd
This challenge will be built directly into programming throughout the month.
Each week, athletes will also receive:
• One optional extra fitness piece designed to support the challenge
• Additional burpee exposure within regular programming
🔥The Test:
Every 1:00 for 12:00
• 45 seconds of max burpees over bar
• 15 seconds of rest
The goal is to stay consistent, manage fatigue, and maintain movement quality across all 12 rounds.
