This month, we're shining the spotlight on Melanie Bellamy!

Melanie is one of our dedicated 5:30 AM members who continues to show up, put in the work, and get stronger. Her recommitment to her health and fitness hasn't just made a difference in the gym, it's carrying over into her everyday life, too.
Melanie's increased strength has helped her in her role as a school principal. Whether she's helping her staff or handling some of the more challenging moments that come with working with kids, she's noticed that she's physically stronger and better equipped to handle whatever the school day throws at her, and others have noticed it too! 💪
Melanie is a great example of what functional fitness is all about: building strength in the gym that makes you more capable outside of it.
Not a 5:30 AM person? 😂 You can also catch Melanie putting in work at Community Day on Saturdays!
