She is trained extensively in hypnotherapy and yoga, helping clients achieve lasting transformation since 1995.

Good Morning. I would like to let everyone know that the studio will be closed Monday 4-20 and Tuesday 4-21 and there will not be classes. Due to a family death I will be out of town. Classes will resume on Thursday. 🧘
