Massive thanks to Emma Lous Boutique for organizing this incredible women’s self defense class and having me out to teach!

We learned some basic strikes, how to get away from an attacker grabbing your wrists, broke boards, and each participant got a super cute self defense keychain!

Definitely check them out for all your fashion needs!

It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that I let you know of the death of Sedrick, who passed away last week. He was an incredible friend, colleague, instructor, and fellow martial artist. For the last 16 months, he fought as hard as he could against his cancer diagnosis. He joined our school in August 2024 and was the biggest blessing at the time. Sedrick loved his family and his friends, and quickly fell into place within our martial arts family like he had always been there. He is going to be missed more than words can express, but we know he is finally resting and no longer in pain. 🪽

16 Gold Medals
26 Silver Medals
33 Bronze Medals

Gold - Crimson Cobras (Brenna, Agnes, Lily) - Red Belts
Bronze - Green Turtle FOURce (Bowie, Henry, Aaron, Luke) - Green Belts
