Never thought this would happen. But when you have a GOAL, a DREAM and a PLAN in place and in your heart NOTHING gets in the way... So Pride Aside...

Captain V is so close to reaching his goal to compete in Pittsburgh and earn his IFBB Pro Card! After putting in incredible effort and discipline, unexpected auto repairs have set him back just as he's about to cross the finish line. 🚗💪

When I go its all out...plain and clean. At this point in Training I eat with a purpose...get big, stay lean. All the tasty comes after I win and celebrate with .for.days and my Mini-Me and Meal Monitor Salsita and what a meal it will be

I've been told more than once that I wasted the talents that I have pursuing the lifestyle that I have led and the life I lead...well, I am 66 1/2 years old right now. I work because I have to, not because I want to. I take it one day, 1 bill, 1 workout at a time and I'm good with that. I barely have a gray hair on my head or a wrinkle on my face. I may not run as well as I had in the past, but I can run if I have to. And the Murph takes me twice as long as it did 10 years ago....

BUT I WONDER, had I "made it" would I be one of those Zombies Taylor Sheridan wrote about in this scene?

So I say to you and I tell myself...IT'S BECAUSE of my choices in life and lifestyle that I am/have been able to physically create and enjoy past, current and future experiences all the while creating memories of me for you.
