“Looking for a wider back? Watch Bramlett do lat pulldowns, think ‘elbows to hips’ instead of ‘bar to chest.’ Keep your chest high, control the weight, and get a full stretch at the top. The lats are what make the back look so big, so focus on feeling them work every rep—squeezing the back on the pull and letting the lat get a full stretch in the negative!!
