I spy with my little eye... an OutKast girl!

If you know Hadley, you know she's a HUGE Hoosier fan and loves just about every sport out there. ❤️🤍

Over the last few days, she had the opportunity to attend basketball camp in Bloomington with the IU women's basketball team. What an awesome experience for a young athlete who loves the game!

We're proud of all the hard work Hadley puts into sports and love seeing her chase every opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun doing what she loves.

Young athletes benefit from exploring a variety of sports. Not only does it help them develop different skills, but it also keeps sports fun, builds confidence, creates new friendships, and helps prevent burnout at a young age.

One of the perks of having an older sister on the team who pitches…You make her take the mound and give the girls a little taste of live pitching! 🥎

As we prepare to move up to 9U next season, kid pitch will be a whole new experience for many of our players. For several of these girls, tonight was their first time stepping in against a live pitcher, and they did a great job!

There were some nerves, some big swings, and a lot of learning. But most importantly, they stepped in there and gave it their all, in this awful heat! We’re proud of how they competed and excited to keep building confidence as we get ready for the next chapter. The future is looking bright for this group!

Tonight was also our first open practice. Thanks to all the girls who joined us!

Happy Birthday to our third base coach, Jess!

If you've ever been near our dugout, you've definitely heard her as she sends runners around the bases. But beyond coaching third, she's helping our girls learn the game the right way, build confidence, and have fun along the way.

We are so thankful for all you do for this team and the impact you have on our players. We hope you have an amazing birthday!

Sometimes you give it everything you have and still come up short. That was the case this morning. These girls took a tough loss to Illiana Heat 12-13.

Losses are never easy, especially when you know how hard these girls have worked and how badly they wanted it. But some of the biggest lessons in sports don't come from the wins, they come from the tough losses. They teach resilience, determination, and how to keep showing up when things don't go your way.

One of the hardest things to learn is how to hold your head high after a tough loss. To walk off the field disappointed but still proud of the effort you gave. To shake hands, support your teammates, and remember that one game does not define who you are as a player or as a team.

What makes this team special isn't that they always win. It's that they never quit. They keep stepping onto the field, keep learning, keep growing, and keep giving their best effort no matter the outcome.

This season has been full of growth, accomplishments, and moments that have made us proud. We've watched confidence grow, skills improve, friendships strengthen, and a group of girls become a true team. Those things don't disappear because of a tough loss.

We're proud of every single player, the progress they've made, and everything they've accomplished this season. The scoreboard doesn't define this team. Their character, heart, and determination do.

We'll learn from this one, hold our heads high, and keep moving forward. Because success isn't measured by how many times you win, it's measured by how many times you get back up and keep going when things don't go your way.

Pool play is complete, and the girls finish 2-1, earning the #3 seed heading into bracket play tomorrow!

Defensively, we've had a few struggles this weekend, but one thing this team has done well is battle through. Even with some bumps along the way, these girls put up an impressive 46 runs in 3 games and never stopped competing.

Tomorrow we’re back on the field at 10:30 AM Central Time for bracket play. The bats have been hot, now it's time to tighten things up defensively, make the routine plays, and keep finding ways to win.

We're hoping to come out focused, play our game, and keep advancing. No matter what happens, we're proud of the fight and determination these girls continue to show every time they step on the field.

Two weeks ago, these girls wanted nothing to do with sliding. They were nervous, hesitant, and honestly a little scared. Fast forward to today…look at them go!

This is what happens when you put in the work. Practice after practice, rep after rep, they kept showing up and pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones.

We're so thankful for coaches who continuously encourage, support, and believe in these girls. They never force confidence, they build it. Watching these players grow, trust themselves, and celebrate their accomplishments is what it is all about.

Hard work, patience, and a whole lot of encouragement can go a long way. We couldn't be more proud of how far they've come!
