💗 SAFE & STRONG SATURDAY

CONFIDENT. SASSY. AND DONE PLAYING SMALL.

Maybe you’ve spent years:

• Second-guessing yourself
• Putting everyone else’s needs before yours
• Struggling to set boundaries
• Knowing you want something different but not knowing where to start
• Talking yourself out of opportunities
• Feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way

Girl… you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

This is the kind of work we can do together through 1:1 coaching.

We can work on:

✨ Clarity
✨ Confidence
✨ Mindset
✨ Boundaries
✨ Goals
✨ Personal growth
✨ Creating practical next steps

This isn’t about becoming somebody else.

It’s about becoming more confident in who YOU are.

And sometimes…

You don’t need another motivational quote.

You might need a conversation.

A place to slow down, get honest about where you are, figure out where you want to go, and start taking intentional steps toward it.

If you’ve been telling yourself “I need to get myself together” for a while now…

Maybe it’s time to stop trying to figure it all out by yourself. ❤️

Ready to start?

Send me “COACHING” in a DM and let’s talk about what you’re looking for.

🗣️ SPEAK IT.

We’ve captured it.
We’ve challenged it.
We’ve started changing it.

Now it’s time to speak it.

Because what we continually speak over ourselves matters.

Not because positive words magically fix everything—but because we’re learning to speak God’s truth louder than the lies, labels, fears, and beliefs that have tried to define us.

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself:

“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ll always be this way.”
“I can’t do this.”

Stop.

Ask yourself:

What does God say?

“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
— Psalm 139:14

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
— Philippians 4:13

“I am being transformed by the renewing of my mind.”
— Romans 12:2

Write the truth down.
Say it out loud.
Speak it over yourself.

And when the old thought comes back?

Capture it. Challenge it. Change it. Speak truth over it.

Again. And again. ❤️

Because you are not defined by your past, your worst day, or someone else’s opinion of you.

You are who God says you are.

Now go walk in it. 👑

CHANGE IT. 🖤

We’ve captured the thought.
We’ve challenged it.

Now it’s time to change it.

Some thoughts become patterns.
Some patterns become beliefs.
And some beliefs can become strongholds.

But you don’t have to keep agreeing with thoughts that don’t line up with God’s truth.

2 Corinthians 10:4–5 reminds us that God has given us weapons powerful enough to tear down strongholds and that we are to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ.

So when that thought comes:

“I’m not good enough.”
“This is just who I am.”
“I’ll always be this way.”

Capture it.
Challenge it.
Change what you agree with.

Ask: What does God say?

Romans 12:2 reminds us that transformation happens through the renewing of our minds.

This isn’t about pretending the struggle isn’t there.

It’s about letting God change the way we think, what we believe, and how we live.

And when that old thought comes back?

Capture it again.
Challenge it again.
Change it again. ❤️

Tomorrow: SPEAK IT.

CHALLENGE IT. 🖤

Yesterday, we talked about CAPTURING IT — noticing the thoughts and beliefs we’ve been carrying and putting words to them.

Today, we CHALLENGE IT.

Because just because you think something doesn’t mean you have to automatically agree with it.

And just because you’ve believed something for a long time doesn’t mean it’s true.

But here’s the part we sometimes miss:

Not every thought is completely irrational or completely false either.

Sometimes there really is something we need to take an honest look at.

Maybe you really do complain a lot.

Maybe you nag more than you want to.

Maybe you are overly critical.

Maybe you struggle with jealousy, insecurity, anger, people-pleasing, fear, or the need to control things.

Being honest about a behavior doesn’t mean you have to shame yourself.

It means you have an opportunity to understand it.

So instead of stopping at:

“I’m just a negative person.”

Challenge it.

Is that actually true?

Maybe the complaining is real… but is “I’m just a negative person” the truth?

Or is there something underneath it?

Why am I doing this?

Am I hurt?
Frustrated?
Feeling unheard?
Disappointed?
Afraid?
Trying to control something I can’t control?
Responding from an old wound or learned pattern?

And then take it a step further:

What does God’s Word say about it?

Not what culture says.

Not what your past says.

Not what someone else said about you.

What does God say?

Because God’s Word can challenge both the thought and the pattern behind it.

Maybe the thought is:

“I’m just this way.”

But God’s Word reminds us that we can be transformed.

Maybe the thought is:

“This is who I am.”

But God says we are being made new.

Maybe you’ve recognized something in yourself that genuinely needs to change.

That doesn’t mean you’re stuck there.

It means you’ve identified something God can work on.

So don’t ignore it.

Don’t excuse it.

Don’t shame yourself for it.

Challenge it.

Ask yourself:

Is this thought true?
Is there any irrational thinking here?
Is there some truth I need to acknowledge?
What’s underneath this belief or behavior?
What does God’s Word say about it?

Then allow His truth to expose what needs to be healed, corrected, surrendered, and changed.

Because breaking a cycle isn’t always about realizing,

“I shouldn’t think this way.”

Sometimes it’s realizing:

“There is a reason I’ve been thinking or behaving this way… but I don’t have to keep living this way.”

That’s where the work begins.

CAPTURE IT.
Notice it.

CHALLENGE IT.
Question it. Examine it. Understand it. Take it to God’s Word.

And tomorrow…

CHANGE IT.

We’re going to talk about renewing your mind and what it actually looks like to begin replacing those old patterns with God’s truth.

Because awareness is important.

But transformation requires change. ❤️

📝 CAPTURE IT.

Good morning!☀️💗

Yesterday we asked:

WHO ARE YOU AGREEING WITH?

Today, we’re taking the first step toward changing what doesn’t belong.

Capture it.

Sometimes the things affecting how we see ourselves aren’t loud or obvious.

Sometimes they’re quiet beliefs we’ve carried for so long that we’ve stopped questioning them.

“That’s just how I am.”
“I’m not really confident.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m always going to struggle with this.”
“I’m not as smart as her.”
“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”
“I don’t think I could actually do that.”

Maybe it’s something someone said.

Maybe it’s something you experienced.

Maybe it’s a conclusion you came to about yourself somewhere along the way.

Or maybe it’s simply a thought you’ve repeated so many times that it started feeling like fact.

But familiar doesn’t always mean true.

Today, don’t try to fix it.

Don’t shame yourself for thinking it.

Don’t beat yourself up for believing it.

Just notice it.

Capture the thought.

Write it down.

Put words to it.

Because you can’t challenge what you haven’t identified.

And remember—we’re not doing this so we can become some perfect version of ourselves.

We’re doing this because God’s truth deserves to have a louder place in the way we see ourselves. 👑

This week we’re taking it one step at a time:

📝 CAPTURE IT.
🔎 CHALLENGE IT.
🔄 REPLACE IT.
🗣️ SPEAK IT.

So here’s today’s challenge:

What is ONE thought or belief about yourself that you’ve been carrying?

Write it down.

You don’t have to change it today.

Just capture it.

Tomorrow, we’re going to challenge it. 👀

Let’s walk boldly into this week knowing who we are and whose we are. 👑💗

💗 MONDAY MINDSET

Before you start this week trying to become more confident, more productive, more disciplined, or more successful…

Ask yourself who you’re listening to.

Because the way we see ourselves often influences the way we show up.

If you constantly tell yourself you’re incapable, you’ll hesitate.

If you convince yourself you’re behind, you’ll compare.

If you’ve decided you’re “just the way you are,” you may stop believing growth is possible.

But what if the way you’ve been seeing yourself isn’t the whole truth?

What if it’s time to stop agreeing with everything you’ve believed about yourself and start getting intentional about what God says about you?

You don’t have to figure that out all in one day.

Just start paying attention.

This week, choose truth over old assumptions.
Purpose over comparison.
Confidence over fear.
God’s Word over the labels that never belonged to you. 👑

And remember:

You are not who your worst day says you are.
You are not your past.
You are not someone else’s opinion of you.

You are still becoming.

And God isn’t finished with you yet. 💗

New week. New perspective. Let’s walk boldly.

✨ SUNDAY — WALKING IN YOUR GOD-GIVEN IDENTITY ✨

This week, I’m not just talking about slowing down.

I’m talking about walking boldly into who God created you to be. 👑

Because sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and confidence isn’t a lack of ability.

It’s what we’ve come to believe about ourselves.

Maybe you’ve believed you’re not enough.
Maybe you’ve decided you’re too much.
Maybe comparison convinced you that you’re behind.
Maybe one mistake became something you used to define yourself.
Maybe something someone said became a thought you accepted as truth.

But here’s the question:

Does what you believe about yourself actually agree with what God says about you?

Because not every thought deserves agreement.

Not every label belongs on you.

Not every opinion spoken over you is your identity.

And not everything you’ve experienced gets to determine who you become.

This week, we’re tearing down the lies that don’t line up with God’s Word and replacing them with truth. 🙌🏼

We’re going to speak life over ourselves.

We’re going to stop shrinking.

We’re going to stop apologizing for taking up space.

We’re going to remind ourselves who we are until the truth becomes louder than the doubt.

I am who God says I am.

I am loved.
I am chosen.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I am equipped.
I am courageous.
I am growing.
I am becoming.
I am walking in purpose.

And yes…

I can be Biblical. Bougie. Blessed. Brilliant. Bold. Beautiful. 👑💗

Because being confident doesn’t mean I think I’m better than anyone else.

It means I finally understand whose I am and who He created me to be.

So this week?

We’re walking differently.

We’re thinking differently.

We’re speaking differently.

We’re showing up differently.

Not because we suddenly have everything figured out…

but because we’re choosing to believe God’s truth about us over the things that tried to define us.

👑 This is your week to walk boldly in your God-given identity.

And when that old thought comes back?

Challenge it. Replace it. Speak truth.

Do it again.

And again.

Until you don’t just say it…

you believe it. ❤️

🛡️ SAFE & STRONG SATURDAY

We often think about safety as protecting our physical body — and that absolutely matters.

But your safety is bigger than that.

It can also mean protecting your:

🛡️ Physical safety — your body and personal space
🧠 Mental well-being — your mind, peace, and thoughts
💗 Emotional boundaries — your heart and what you allow in
💰 Financial security — your resources and future
📱 Digital privacy — your information, devices, and online presence
🙏🏼 Spiritual well-being — your faith, peace, and relationship with God

Protecting yourself doesn’t mean living in fear.

It means becoming aware, intentional, and willing to take care of yourself in every area of your life.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to be perfect.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

You are worth protecting. Every. Single. Part. Of. You. 🩷

So let me ask you:

What’s ONE area of your life you’re being more intentional about protecting right now?

Drop it in the comments. 👇🏼

I’m here to help you Heal. Equip. Empower. — inside and out. 🩷

Okay ladies… let’s talk. 👀💗

What’s ONE thing you wish someone had taught you about personal safety when you were younger?

Maybe it’s something you learned the hard way.

Maybe nobody ever talked to you about it.

Maybe you wish you had learned how to recognize certain situations, speak up for yourself, trust your instincts, protect your information, respond under pressure, or simply understand that safety is something you can actually prepare for.

I’m curious what you think.

Drop it in the comments. ⬇️

Because the more we talk about these things, the more we can learn from each other — and that conversation matters.

What do you wish you had been taught?

A quick safety check you can do today: 💗

Ask yourself:

• Where do I feel least prepared right now?
• Is there a boundary I’ve been avoiding?
• Is there a situation I keep minimizing?
• Who could I call if I needed help?
• What is ONE thing I could do today to feel more prepared?

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life.

Sometimes becoming safer starts with simply becoming more aware.

And that’s the work I love helping women with — turning that awareness into confidence, preparation, boundaries, and an actual plan.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. 💗

If you’re realizing there’s an area of your life where you want to feel more prepared, send me a message. Let’s talk.

I’m here to help you heal, equip, and empower yourself — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Your safety matters. Your well-being matters. YOU matter. 🩷
