Join us for a hands-on Moms Only Self-Defense Seminar with your kids by Krav Mama !

Together we’ll practice real-life, situational training for everyday moments like parking lots, getting in and out of your vehicle, and navigating interactions with strangers, so you can move through the world with greater confidence and peace of mind.
