Discussion, consider, or take possible action regarding the vacant positions and voting to fill the vacant position(s).

3. Tecumseh Public School Contract
Discuss, consider, or take action regarding contract with Tecumseh Public Schools regarding Rangeline.

4. City of Tecumseh Contract
Discuss, consider, or take action regarding contract with the City of Tecumseh regarding City Park Ballfields. Got everything back and submitted to Cathy at City to get on the next city council meeting on Sept 8, 2026.

5. Tournament(s)
Discuss, consider, or take action for the first baseball tournament, future tournaments at Rangeline, and any tournaments at City Park. Update on Audree’s tournament, there was a good turnout and had 16 teams total show up and played. $9,500 was donated to Audree.
T-Town Renegades to host a tournament Oct 9-11, 2026. TBSL to run concession and take profit from concession. Renegades to handle everything else.
Warriors are wanting to host the same kind of tournament where TBSL does concession. They are looking at the dates of Oct 17-18, 2026.
Hosting an adult co-ed T-Ball tournament.

6. Field Maintenance / Improvements
Discuss, consider, or take action of field maintenance at Rangeline and City Park Ball Fields. Updates on maintenance that has already taken place at either place and plans for future maintenance or improvements

7. Baseball
Discuss, consider, or take action on baseball leagues, teams, and coaches. Meeting for coaches was on 8/12/2026 with a good turnout. Coaches Code of Conduct was passed out and signed. Reimbursement for background checks were issued. Parent Code of Conduct were passed out to coaches as well. Need to get those back and in file.

8. Softball
Discuss, consider, or take action on softball leagues, teams, and coaches. Meeting for coaches was on 8/12/2026 with a good turnout. Coaches Code of Conduct was passed out and signed. Softball coordinator wants to discuss some about softball.

9. Fundraisers

10. Financial Report
Discuss, consider, or take action on financial report presented by treasurer and to approve the report. Status on bank statement with current amount in bank. Along with status of repaying any out of pocket cost to start the organization or purchase items or equipment.

11. Nonprofit Filing
Discuss the status of 501c3 filing. The 501c3 has came back and we are good to go there. Secretary of State has been sent in as well.

12. Summer/Fall League
Discuss, consider, or take action on working with Asher’s League to do a summer/fall league with them beginning 2027. Asher seems to be on board with this and wants to have a meeting to iron out details.

13. Ump Pay / UIC
Discuss, consider, or take action with raising umpire pay for our fields. Also to having our own UIC instead of hiring that out like has been done in the past.
