Tackling the Big Apple As part of my scholarship, I am required to make regular social media updates and blog my experiences- to make things easier I have made this page!

On the 22nd of Feb I head off to New York City on an AUT Graduate Scholarship where I will be interning at Play Rugby USA- as a Youth Development Mentor! Like this page to stay up-to-date with my experiences working at PRUSA and with NYC youth, and my final adventure travelling around the country in mid June-July!

Goodbye people! Off to Death Valley for 2 weeks to volunteer on an organic date farm in the desert! No wifi, no reception. So if you don't hear from us in 2 weeks, send a search party! 😂 Death Valley is said to be the hottest place on earth.... We are farming from 9pm to 3am due to the heat!!! 🔥🔥Wish us luck on this next adventure....

Nevermind the 110 degree desert heat... We had an extraordinary day exploring the Grand Canyon National Park, Hoover Dam and Route 66 😃😃 Our expectations were met and completely blown away by this experience!!!

Also if anyone is interested in a tour from Vegas to the Grand Canyon, highly recommend 'Sweetours' - ask from Derek from the Bronx!!!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

After an amazing 5 days in Detroit getting spoilt by the Salie family, we made it to Chicago..😄🏙🌬 A city based by an huge fresh-water lake! It is so beautiful 😌 Wish we had longer here, but tomorrow we head off again to Las Vegas ✈️
