Can we please take a moment and congratulate our athlete of the month AJ Adams! He has shown exceptional progress and dedication! His kindness and compassion to others is absolutely outstanding! He always has a smile on his face and is always quick to defend those who are unable to defend themselves! AJ shows throughout his day to live what it means to be a champion both in and out of the ring!!

Spent the weekend in Atlantic City New Jersey at a Masters tournament. It was an incredible experience! Master boxers are one of a kind! These athletes are 35 years and up and show that age won’t stop them from stepping into the ring !! Boxing is for all ages !! I was so humbled and honored to represent our Brave Boxing at this prestigious event ! If you ever thought you were “too old” to box I hope you get inspiration from these incredible athletes!

This is just a glimpse of how Brave Boxing came to be. Our roots come from hard times and perseverance . We are so thankful for our New Jersey family and their support and love for our community!!

One of the best things about traveling with the team for competition is taking them to surrounding areas to see the world! We visited ghouley falls outside of Anstead this past weekend!
